青蛙莲叶壶，以荷花、青蛙为素材，于传统中出新意，构思巧妙。流把钮皆用墨绿泥制成，壶身则用清水紫泥，泥料色泽清丽温婉若荷叶婷婷。壶流由荷叶卷裹而成，一变嘴自壶腹直挺前伸，出水顺畅；荷茎弯成壶柄，茎中气孔连枝与茎上斑节点点。壶盖为荷叶状，其上趴伏一只青蛙，蛙身色泽明艳，纹路清晰可辨，可谓细致入微。
This teapot with designs of frog and lotus leaf is characterized by ingenious design with traditional materials. The spout, handle and knob of teapot are all made from dark green clay, while the body adopts purple clay as material to show the graceful lotus leaves with fresh color. The spout, wrapped by lotus leaves, extends from the empty and protruding part in the middle of the teapot and features smooth water discharge. The handle is in the shape of lotus stem with stoma. The lid takes the shape of lotus leaf. Besides, a sculpture of sitting fog which has bright color and clear lines is on the lid to be used as knob.
